Sunday, Monday, Tuesday!

On Sunday the kids dressed like cowboy/cowgirl and were simply adorable! Sunday was Promotion Sunday and they sang for the entire church and did really well. I led the first song, "When the gates swing open wide" and Peppy led the second song"Oh what glory". They both had a little country theme to them so we decided it would be cute to dress western and all the kids wore bandannas and looked so cute!

Monday I volunteered at Daltons school and had to work so Rose went to Ms. Lisas.  I read to Daltons class and ate lunch with him and loved every minute of it! The class is so cute and love getting to see him in at his school and see him interact with the other kids. He is loving it! That night Scottro came over and we had a good ol family night together. We ate a good supper and then played sorry and clue! The kids were enjoying Scotts company and were quite hyper and showing off for him. Rose got on the piano and played a little song she made up and then started singing ABC song and afterwards we clapped and she made motions with her little hands and said thankyou, thankyou very much!

On Wednesday I once again had the JOY of volunteering at Daltons school and got to teach the art sense program and taught a lesson on "doodling" The kids were very well behaved and I loved teaching them!:) Dalton did a really good job on his and once again I ate lunch with him:) Last night we had good ol chili cheese dogs for supper and then took a family walk, baths, bible stories, prayers and bed!

Just a lovely weekend!

Last night was so much fun!!! We went to friends house and there was a ton of people and food! We enjoyed the fellowship and the kids enjoyed playing and we had 0 trouble out of them! We sat back and chatted and I brought the lively game of pit and while I did not win a single hand I had much fun:)

This morning started off as a lazy saturday with the kids with breakfast of muffins and honey buns and then snuggles, giggles, and playing hide and seek and "superman" in our bed! I decided that I was not going to be a lazy gal anymore and I decided "project garage" and worked on it a while and then needed some more cleaning supplies so headed to walmart and made a pit stop by dominos for pizza and cinnamon sticks...yummo! Once we finished our super unhealthy supper I headed back to the garage and tackled more cleaning  while the kids played.

Jason told me to grab my camera, Dalton was out playing one of his favorite things dirt and just happened to have his "my favorite color is dirt" shirt and I took some cute pics of him playing! He is such a boy! Will try to post some tomorrow! Haven't tackled the downloading pics on here yet!

Rose has been so sweet today but working on that sassy mouth...when you get on to her, she says " hey whats the big idea?" She has enjoyed destroying her room today that I worked on cleaning forever yesterday and enjoyed riding the 4 wheeler, she would stop occasionally and get off and pull up the hood on the front and check  the battery blow on it and say there its fixed...lol! She would get the shovel off the back and pretend to be getting leaves and work in the garden...she is a mess....all I can say!

Ready for Sunday School in the morn, the kids are having promotion Sunday and they are dressing western theme and singing two songs! So cute!

TGIF!

Praising God! My neck has been hurting the past few days and this morning the pain is gone!

Yesterday Rose woke up and one of the first things she said was, "Mom, can I ask you a question?" She ended up talking about Harold and the purple crayon after this and was asking me about why his pajamas change colors...lol! Then she went and sat on my bed and reported that she was sitting like a frog, yep she pretty much reeks with cuteness! Tuesday I took her to play with her little boyfriend Lukey Duke as she calls him and they had so much fun. When he first got there she asked him if he liked her dress and then later she put on a unicorn outfit and gave him a hug and asked him "Did you like it". She thinks she is a teenager and is only 3...oh boy we will def. be doing a lot of praying when she really is a teenager!

So far this week Dalton has got a smiley face everyday but one! He is doing so good in school and is loving it! His teachers are blown away by his reading ability and he amazes me everyday, he is so smart and loving! God truly gave us what we asked for in a little boy, I know he is going to do great things for God. I am in the process of finding him a beginner piano book because since he has started music in school he has learned the music notes and how to draw them and has such an interest in singing and music:)

Zero the hero and Library!

Today I took Savannah Rose to the library for story time. She loved it, it has been a while since we have been and she sang the songs so cute and loud! The songs she did really well on were itsy bitsy spider and if your happy and you know it! I loved hearing her little voice and love that she loves to sing!

Today was Daltons Zero the hero Day at school and last night we made zero shaped cookies for it. Zero Hero day is every 10th day of school and Zero brings treats. Kind of like the tooth fairy kinda thing, it was our turn and Dalton loved making it, I told Dalton that Zero brought the magic cookie cutter for us to make the cookies and he was so excited and asked "Does he fly like superman" and my response was "of course".
You bring something round when it is your turn!
