Dalton celebrated his 50th day of school last week and they had  a 50's party. They had  a sock hop out in the hall, rootbeer floats, moon pies, and a bubble blowing contest. Dalton had so much fun, he loved the rootbeer float and even had seconds. He took a few bites of the moon pie but did not enjoy it as much as the root beer float. He is continuing to love school and is doing great and has lots of buddies and even has a girlfriend!:)

little artist

I now have a little artist. Dalton has never liked to draw or color not one bit but now that he has started school the artist in him has come out and he of course has been drawing tranportation...helicopters, trains, airplanes, boats,  and even branched away and drew a fish in a pond, and a rainbow. He has illustrated the Jacob's ladder story and Jonah and the big fish! I am so proud of my little guy!

fun, fun, fun!!!

Dalton had a birthday party to go to on Sunday afternoon for one of his school friends at the park and we all had the best time. He is so independent now and gets along with his friends so well, it is sad that he did not need me once while at the party...he just hung out with friends the whole time. Took pics but having trouble downloading so will post later.

Dalton informed Jason this morning on the way to school that he had a girlfriend and that he did not need to be late because she was missing him:) I think this is so cute and funny. He informed us to that another girl in his class told him he was pretty (she has that right)!

I took Rose and Peyton (babysitting) out today because the weather is awesome and she was riding her 4-wheeler and would get off and raise the "hood" and blow on the battery and say "now it is all fixed", if only we could fix everything like that the world would be a better place! She all so would get the shovel off of the back and poke at the tires and say she was fixing them to...gotta love an imagination!!!!
